Qualification
- Experience in scaled frameworks (multiproduct planning -> confidencelevel)
- Integrative personality, not pure project management
- Jira roadmaps, integration in overall OKR process
- Experience in Stakeholder Management
- Degree with focus on engineering, business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
- Fluent in English
- Work experience min. 3 years in an international company (service)
- Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
- Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
- Good communication skills
- High resilience in time-critical tasks
Job Description
- Ensure the Rollout team (Project Team) has everything they need to work as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Implement processes, practices, and tools to enable multiple paths of delivery, by supporting efficient, flexible and hybrid methodologies
- Coach and mentor the lean agile teams to facilitate adoption and maturity of agile processes
- Collaborate and work closely with the stakeholders to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives
- Helps to configure agile way of working for project needs (e.g. documentation practices)
- Facilitates the continuous improvement of the working model, e.g. by gathering feedback during retrospectives and by maintaining an Improvement Backlog
- Facilitates program level events
- Encourages collaboration within and between teams
- Lead multiple teams to develop agile solutions and removing impediments to the scrum team’s progress
- Organize and execute training, mentoring, and facilitate agile sprint ceremonies
- Implement agile practices at enterprise scale to promote alignment, collaboration and delivery across large numbers of agile teams
- Build reports/dashboards to monitor and control team performance based on the agile metrics
- Manages (working model related) risks & and (if needed) escalates impediments
