Qualification
Experience in scaled frameworks (multiproduct planning -> confidencelevel)
Integrative personality, not pure project management
Jira roadmaps, integration in overall OKR process
Experience in Stakeholder Management
Degree with focus on engineering, business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
Fluent in English
Work experience min. 3 years in an international company (service)
Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
Good communication skills
High resilience in time-critical tasks
Job Description
Ensure the Rollout team (Project Team) has everything they need to work as effectively and efficiently as possible
Implement processes, practices, and tools to enable multiple paths of delivery, by supporting efficient, flexible and hybrid methodologies
Coach and mentor the lean agile teams to facilitate adoption and maturity of agile processes
Collaborate and work closely with the stakeholders to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives
Helps to configure agile way of working for project needs (e.g. documentation practices)
Facilitates the continuous improvement of the working model, e.g. by gathering feedback during retrospectives and by maintaining an Improvement Backlog
Facilitates program level events
Encourages collaboration within and between teams
Lead multiple teams to develop agile solutions and removing impediments to the scrum team’s progress
Organize and execute training, mentoring, and facilitate agile sprint ceremonies
Implement agile practices at enterprise scale to promote alignment, collaboration and delivery across large numbers of agile teams
Build reports/dashboards to monitor and control team performance based on the agile metrics
Manages (working model related) risks & and (if needed) escalates impediments
