QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mercedes me Connect (MmC) is the intelligent networking of our vehicle with the customer. Our connectivity services bring us even closer to the vehicle and customer to enable proactive offerings that fulfill customer-specific wishes around our Mercedes-Benz. In After-Sales, we offer our customers attractive (digital) services and data based products with Mme Connect to establish a long-term customer relationship. We have are present globally and cooperate intensively with our regions and markets. As a team, we manage our MmC product portfolio in After-Sales in direct interaction with internal and external partners along the lead performance chain.
As a Business Consultant Mercedes me Connect and Adapter, you will manage the international activities in your dedicated area of responsibility and contribute to achieve our associated targets.

Job Description

Key topic owner for Mercedes me Adapter (MmA) After-Sales global requests

· Direct market contact with After-Sales companies in Region Overseas & Europe

· Close cooperation with teams Regional Market Management, Regional Technical Excellence and Product Management MmA

· Active market communication, management of market inquiries and quality check of Content Management System

· Key topic owner for Mercedes me Connect (MmC) After-Sales pairing and activation push of digital services

· Developing a communication concept on benefits of After-Sales digital services towards Mercedes-Benz Retail & Customers

Analyzing core sequences towards activation of MmC digital Services

· Contributing to set a training concept towards salesman and service advisors at Mercedes-Benz retail - in close cooperation with Training department

· Creation of measures and activities to increase/push activation rate of digital AS Services in markets by using different formats & methods

· Cross-market analysis to identify best practices, reflection of potential global roll-out and necessary adaptation needs

· Close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders along digital service activation, especially Product Management team MmC

Qualification

· Completed studies with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, Int. Management or equivalent education

· Business fluent in German and English. Other foreign languages desirable.

· Professional experience min. 3-5 years in an international corporation in the field of After-Sales

· Several years of experience in setting up new After-Sales processes as well as project manager experience

· Competence in topic communication, committee work and international projects

· High analytical/conceptual/procedural/intercultural competence

· End customer- and retail-oriented thinking and acting

· Strong goal and result orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
