QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Aftersales environment
  • Analytical mindset with business focus
  • Perfect command of English (German is a plus)
  • Advanced in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking character and a good team-player
  • Flexible, adaptive and solutions-based approach

  • Managing all Spare Parts Technical inquiries
  • Analyzing incoming inquiries from dealers and finding ways to improve inquiry quality
  • Controlling documentation errors within (Xentry) After-Sales systems and reporting to Headquarter
  • Supporting the departments (Import, Spare Parts Quality etc.) for technical investigations / information
  • Leading new vehicles’ launch management on the After-Sales operations side by planning initial spare parts lists
  • Planning and updating required workshop equipment lists regarding to dealers’ standards
  • Performing service contracts business in coordination of Marketing team
  • Responsible from Asset PC system for managing all service contracts business at MBO and dealer sides
  • Preparing maintenance, repair and service packages for local marketing activities
  • Performing service contracts reporting for bonus calculations
