QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BA or BS degree preferably in Business Administration or related fields (Formal education)
  • Preferably having proven track professional experience in sales and / or marketing in automotive industry with solid business administration knowledge, sales and leadership skills
  • Passion for automobiles, having a deep product and market knowledge
  • Broad business acumen
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English languages
  • Excellent inter-personal, influencing & negotiation skills
  • Distinctive analytical and methodical competence especially in Economics and Finance
  • Mental agility, flexibility, adaptability, competence and eager to work in a rapidly changing business environment amid challenging economic circumstances
  • Ability to build-up and maintain long-term collaborative business relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving using logic, data, reason and sense
  • Able to present complex issues in a brief and straight forward manner
  • Exhibit high level of energy, strong self-discipline and motivation
  • A pro-active and ‘make it happen’ attitude and ability to multi-task across operational and strategic goals
  • Very-well organized, result oriented, self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail

  • No obstacle for travelling domestic and abroad frequently. Must be an active driver with a valid driver’s license

  • Steering and development of used car sales business of nation-wide Mercedes-Benz Cars retail network in Turkey. Design and establishment of used car sales and trade-in programs and promotion campaigns
  • Carrying out planning and operational activities in the authorized dealer target setting process
  • In charge of used car pricing and residual value forecasting
  • In order to enhance and track on-site implementation of certified pre-owned sales program and develop overall used car business performance, having frequent field visits to retailers
  • Strong co-operation and close communication with HQ
  • Brand management of "Mercedes-Benz Certified" certified pre-owned re-marketing program
  • Implementation and coordination of in-house training programs for dealer used car sales teams
  • Developing and implementing Omni-channel strategy including e-commerce platforms
  • Short, mid and long-term demand and supply planning based on analytics and projections
  • Analyse and monitor market performance and trends frequently in all levels and details. Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
  • In charge of company car supply operations from order to delivery, used car sales and new car buyback and leasing/rental programs
  • Responsible for used car evaluation, pricing and new car buyback, leasing/rental deals
  • Direct execution of all company car and used car supply & sales, new car buyback and leasing / rental related operations and leading continuous processes optimization
  • Representing the company in related platforms in terms of used car business
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Reporting to Used Car Sales Unit Manager
