QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in technical, engineering or business administration/economics
  • Experience in a similar position in automotive sector
  • Very good command in English or/and German
  • Tolerance to work under stress, self starter, self motivator with strong social and negotiation skills
  • Very good analytical thinking, result-oriented and planning & reporting capabilities
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Flexible, goal-oriented and highly organized
  • No military obligation for male candidates

  • Preparing the "Dealer Bonus System" by making the necessary analysis/simulations and carrying out the approval steps and announcing the "Bonus System Guideline" to the dealers
  • Calculating the quarterly bonus according to the "Bonus Guideline" and following-up the invoicing process of the dealers and reporting the bonus results to the Managing Director
  • Making analyzes to be used in AfterSales strategic planning with Headquarter colleagues, executing the agreement process within submission date and following-up the financial results with the Controlling Department
  • Executing the Global AfterSales projects (Vehicle Park Management, Market Research AfterSales, CSI topics and etc)
  • Reporting the resuts of the Quantitative & Qualitative KPIs to the Managing Director monthly
  • Executing the monthly closing of the AfterSales results with the coordination of controlling and accounting department
  • Analysing the AfterSales CSI data, coordinating the business line through Headquarter, dealers and market research company
  • Planning, reporting and following-up the AfterSales budget
  • Designing/improving the reporting infrastructure of the AfterSales Reports in collaboration with IT department
