• Experience in scaled frameworks
• Integrative personality, not pure project management
• Jira roadmaps, integration in overall processes
• Experience in Stakeholder Management
• Degree with focus on engineering, business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
• Work experience min. 3 years in an international company
• Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
• Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
• Good communication skills
• High resilience in time-critical tasks
• Fluent in English, German


Job Description

• Ensure that the team has everything they need to work as effectively and efficiently as possible
• Implement processes, practices, and tools to enable multiple paths of delivery, by supporting efficient, flexible and hybrid methodologies
• Coach and mentor the lean agile teams to facilitate adoption and maturity of agile processes
• Collaborate and work closely with the stakeholders to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives
• Helps to configure agile way of working for project needs (e.g. documentation practices)
• Facilitates the continuous improvement of the working model, e.g. by gathering feedback during retrospectives and by maintaining an Improvement Backlog
• Facilitates program level events
• Encourages collaboration within and between teams
• Lead multiple teams to develop agile solutions and removing impediments to the scrum team’s progress
• Organize and execute training, mentoring, and facilitate agile sprint ceremonies
• Implement agile practices at enterprise scale to promote alignment, collaboration and delivery across large numbers of agile teams
• Build reports/dashboards to monitor and control team performance based on the agile metrics
• Manages (working model related) risks & and (if needed) escalates impediments
