Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Faculty of Management or equivalent (Industrial/Management Engineering, Enformatics, Business Etc.)
• 5+ years of working experience in SAP HCM environment
• Experience in modules of SAP SuccessFactors consultancy is a plus
• Experience in international/multicultural projects is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Committed to the customer, the team and the project
• Very good written and verbal communication in English
Job Description
• Provide application consultancy in HCM SaaS transformation Project of Daimler globally
• Perform functional analysis and guidance for implementation
• Ensure high qualified solution configuration and contribute to system integration
• Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data
• Provide documentation (both technical and functional)
• Regularly report on status and progress to the Project management
• Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level
