QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Wide Knowledge and experience in HR processes,
- Experience in SAP HCM & GRC & .NET solutions (ALE/IDOC, Job Management, ABAP debugging skills are advantage)
- Fluent in English, German is an asset,
- Min. bachelor's degree in computer science or similar disciplines,
- Capable to work with international teams,
- Strong knowledge in IT project management,
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Plan and realize system enhancements and projects in a complicated system environment for HR department,
- Plan and realize complex integration with central HR and related systems,
- Consult and support HR department in terms of requirements analysis and specification for HR processes,
- Project lead in respective task area for development of complex solutions (SAP HCM & other technologies)
- Define, support and maintain critical HR business processes,
- Consult and improve HR business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value add new technologies.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of the implementation
- Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies
