QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Perform as an analyst in software development studies by Mercedes-Benz Technology software development methodologies and processes,
- Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in Information Technology projects,
- IT support, analyze, document and process customer enquiries and customer problems on a business and technical level
- Test new releases or bug fixes, Continuous documentation, Analysis, classification and processing of incoming inquiries in the ticket system
- Working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs,
- Performing functional tests of the developed applications and coordinating user acceptance tests.
- Taking business analyst roles on local, cluster and global projects across our Mercedes-Benz global network
- Structure complex problems, analyze relevant data and derive concrete & actionable recommendations
Qualification
- Graduated from the 4-year quantitative discipline (Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Mathematics Engineering are preferred)
- Min 2+ year of experience working as IT Business Analyst
- Ability communicating technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
- Experienced in IT solutions (ERP, Database etc.),
- Strong ability to identify, prioritize and solve system related problems, detail oriented, well organized work skills,
- Self-starter and proactive contributor to the team, Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
- Advanced in MS Office applications
- Fluency in German is a must, fluency in English preferred
