QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
• Owns and manages full project life cycle from requirement definition, planning, implementation to successful delivery
• Defines projects plans and sets up the project organization
• Performs risk assessment, management including mitigation
• Defines and manages scope of projects, goals and deliverables
• Performs change management to keep project plan accurate and updated
• Monitors cost, schedule, resource availability, technical performance of projects to ensure success
• Manages the stakeholders by setting proper expectations and reporting about progress, problems, solutions
• Manages project budget and finances by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
• Creates and maintains project documentation
• Understanding both HQ products/processes and market specifics in detail, consulting market for development of local processes, ensuring the know-how transfer between different parties
Qualification
• Experience in IT Project Management in an international setting or as a Business Analyst is an asset
• Experience on specific project types such as Cyber Security & International Rollout & E-Commerce is an asset
• Knowledge of agile methodology, frameworks and tools like JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
• Degree with focus on engineering, business administration, economics, international management or comparable education
• Fluent in English, German is an asset
• Work experience min. 3 years in an international company (service)
• Competence in communication, committee work and international projects
• Affinity to digital/ IT solutions
