QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Open and follow-up the application related tickets on ServiceNow and CISM
- Close coordination with DevOps Engineer on Cluster Monitoring on Cluster
- Handling with 1 Level Ticket like User Management and communicating them with regular basis
- Responsible for Incident Management and Deployment management with Product Owner and DevOps Engineer together
- Technical Analyze of upcoming ticket and communicate with Product Owner and Development Team
- Resposible for The installation of patches, updates and maintenance and Communication to users about patches, releases, downtimes
- Working together with Cloud, Database and infrastructure team only for application related topic
- Creating and yearly updating of application recovery plan
- Conducting application recovery test and its documentation
- Working closely together with Technical System Owner and Security Team together
Qualification
- Graduated with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science discipline:
- +2 years of experience in Monitoring and Application Operation
- Comfortable working with the technology hands-on if needed.
- Experience in the topics of infrastructures and Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others to take action
- Able to work on DevOps/Scrum Team on agile methodologies
- Able to travel if required
- German and English would preferred, only one of these languages are required
