QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Analyst role will bridge the gap between IT and business with the knowledge on business processes. He/she advises business partners on the analysis and optimization of processes as well as the description of business requirements. Furthermore the Business Analyst aid the business partners, how to operate with our digital products and support them regarding IT-Questions. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for our DoC MS (Declaration of Consent Management System) Application Team.

Job Description:

Extracts & anticipates business requirements: extracts requirements from business and governmental policies as well as prospective and current customers. Interacts with stakeholder to establish these requirements in the respective application environment.
Supporting the integration of other systems with the respective application & general consulting for using the application interfaces and corresponding processes
Support rollout: Participate in rollout meetings and align with markets and headquarter, check for bugs and requirements, be advisor if IT-questions emerge.
Works with stakeholders (for example, markets, project managers, developers/architects and other stakeholders) to define metrics, performance goals and assess feasibility
Oversees and assists project and change management

Qualifications

University degree in computer engineering or similar technical area
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering or a related field
Strong API understanding and solid experience
Experience in test management / organization
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and advanced technical skills
Ability to differentiate between IT and business tasks
Business process knowledge
IT security, data protection knowledge
Experience in working at agile environment, teams and tools
High flexibility (induct new areas independently)
Quick grasp, quick learner
An open diversity mindset
Experienced in working with international teams
Flexibility and willing to travel
