Join our Technology team as '' Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst '' and discover the life at ING. This role will be a part of our Digital Transformation Project of ING Turkey's following Software Development teams:
If you think you have the following qualifications;
- University degree at Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domains
- Knowledge of banking practices, current legislation and system development processes
- PLSQL / SQL knowledge
- Experience in agile / scrum methodology
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated in working and learning with digital & different Technologies
- A good team player within critical thinking, negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Conducting business & technical analysis for business requirements
- Coordinating the projects with other teams
- Managing and maintaining test automation processes
- Maintaining and improving existing applications
- Analyzing and solving production problems
