QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline,
- Min 2-3 years of working experience as business analyst,
- Good command of English,
- Experienced in business process analysis and design,
- Knowledge and experience with MSSQL database,
- Preferably experience in EBA processes,
- Preferably experience in Qlikview or similar BI and Enterprise Data Warehouse applications,
- Having knowledge of and working with Agile methodologies,
- Analytical thinking and problem solving ability,
- Able to work in coordination with cross-functional business units,
- Multi-task oriented, well-organized.
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture.
Job Description:
- Preparing the required project analyzes and necessary workflows, taking into account the existing infrastructure and applications, and describing the analyzes to the software developers,
- Testing the developed processes, following and correcting the errors
- Preparing user acceptance test scenarios and taking an active role in user acceptance tests,
- Planning the commissioning of completed processes, Creation of integration structures where necessary,
- Preparation of necessary flow and screen documentation for end users
- Providing 2nd level problem solving support related to the processes/applications for which it is responsible,
- Following up-to-date technologies very closely and ensuring their adaptation to projects.
