We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Knowledge team to support our Central Services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Computer Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics,
  • Min. 3 year of experience,
  • Analytical thinking, strong problem solving, negotiation and decision making skills,
  • Knowledge of User Experience Design,
  • Business Analysis experience with a strong emphasis on new software development,
  • Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
  • Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
  • Considerable level of time management skill,
  • Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English,
  • Candidates should have no military obligations


Job Description:

  • Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
  • Analyzing and improving the current IT solutions in Software/Business Solutions
  • Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
  • Defining product or technology dependencies.
  • Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
  • Prepare functional design or project documents,
  • Timely resolution of key critical customer issues.
  • Carryout the activities assigned as per the monthly plan.
