QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Ödeal is a company that provides payment systems services to make the shopping experience simple and accessible from both the customer and seller sides. In order for our customers to make their payment transactions smoothly, with our mobile POS application, physical POS and cash register POS products, we provide payment services to more than 60,000 merchants.

We aim to increase the competitiveness of both businesses and the country by facilitating the

access of all entrepreneurs to financial services. We also want to facilitate the sales of business owners by offering the widest range of financial solution alternatives on the market.

In order to achieve all these goals, we always watch for new trends and technologies and strive to work with the latest tech stack in our Technology team aka OdealTech.

Our agile product teams are going through exciting changes that involve the design and development of new systems, improving existing systems and working with some of the very

latest technologies available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility for products and services according to market
• conditions and customer experience,
• Assume the role of "Product Specialist" of the scrum team,
• Examine and analyse requests from different departments or stakeholders,
• Work closely with a team of engineers to execute product backlog, coordinate software development and testing processes,
• Work closely with 3rd party and other scrum teams to manage UX-UI processes,
• Ensure that the prepared products and services are delivered to the relevant stakeholders,
• Own the product objectives and Key Results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• At least min. 3 year of experience working as Business Analyst,
• Familiarity with business analysis and testing process,
• Have strong knowledge about SQL, Jira, SDLC, Agile methodologies,
• Understanding of agile software development processes,
• Creating and developing the team backlog,
• Working with data and insights to understand & measure your work,
• Good at analytical thinking, result-oriented, team-oriented, open-minded,
• Proactive and good team player.
