- Advanced level expertise about Microsoft Excel,BI Tools,SQL management and scprits
- Advanced level expertise about BPM(Business Process Management) Tools and Document Management Systems
- Available to work flexible hours and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Minimum 5-6 years of work experience
- University degree from Engineering Schools, Mathematics or MIS
- Excellent command of Turkish and English both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of executive office to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
- Determine business needs in line with the demands of business units
- Coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments
- Ability to process design, functional and technical analysis according to the business needs and take active part in System Analysis Department’s process development projects
- Analyse and interprate existing operational processes
- Create, develop and test automated workflows
- Provide problem solving support for the applications for which is responsible
