We are looking for a Business Analyst who will bring his/her enthusiasm, positive attitude and experience to be a part of our agile work environment.

Job Description

· Collaboratively define and document functional requirements, technical requirements, specifications, business processes, workflows, use cases, user stories, process flows, test strategy, test scenarios and reporting outputs.

· Collaborates with development teams across the SDLC from inception through delivery.

· Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to develop new systems or improve existing systems,

· Assists product owners, customers and developers to derive product specifications and scope.

· Create user-interfaces prototypes (containing minimal functionality) in a user-centric design process

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree from related fields (Computer Science, Informatics, MIS etc.),

· A total of minimum 1-3 years of work experience in IT software projects and Project Management certifications & experience preferred,

· Knowledge in any software programming language is preferred and knowledge in test methodology is preferred,

· Strong knowledge about Operational Workflows, Improvement Culture,

· Analytical thinking, problem solving, presentation, reporting and documentation skills,

· Planning and organization capabilities

· Knowledge of web-based applications and processes required

· General working knowledge of relational databases and Transact-SQL

· Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence is a plus
