Company introduction

Normod is a digitally native Direct-To-Consumer furniture brand founded in 2019. We work hard and grow extraordinarily. We have a young, hardworking and passionate team focused on building the world's smartest furniture brand.


In the beginning of 2020 we were a team of 2 employees, now our headcount is more than 60 and we are rapidly growing. Our aim is to disrupt furniture market globally by designing; smart furniture, digital experience, logistics solutions, visual content and many more. We have our own factory, we have patents and we use top global technology tools. Now, we are looking for business analysts who dream of creating their own flawless operations systems.


The ideal candidate

Has 3-6 years of working experience. You will have demonstrated top performance at business analysis related projects. You must be able to thrive in a data driven environment, and not be demotivated by complexity. This means you will both develop projects and dive into complex data to get the job done. In this role you will be part of various projects in customer operations department. An ability to take complex projects and break them into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them with right metrics is expected. Maturity, high judgment analytical talent and excellent communication are essential skills for this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and translating business requirements to system specification for IT programs and projects
  • Evaluating user requests to resolve feasibility including cost, the time required, and the compatibility with current systems
  • Integrating, managing and developing third party softwares & applications
  • Developing and implementing methods for customer operations processes
  • Performing tests and giving support for systems under responsibility whenever needed
  • Taking lead and creating your own agenda, by seeking continuous improvement to encourage further business development in various areas such as production, operation, sales and order management.


Desired Qualfications and Skills:

  • Min. 2 years of Business Analysis experience in Supply Chain (planning, logistics, warehouse, etc.)
  • Being familiar with Project Management principles is a plus. (Agile/Scrum etc.)
  • Good communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills
  • Good command of SQL and Excel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Multifunctional, fast learner and problem solver
