QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Be part of a project, for the implementation of a global omnichannel solution ranked as a leader in the sector, which will be managed by an international technology company.Acts as a key member from design phase until go-live.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (industrial, computer or related degrees)
- 2-5 years of experience in system analysis,
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies.
- Experience with Microservices and APIs is a plus
- Fluency in English is must
- Can clearly define/write detailed technical design and specifications including functional/non-functional
Job Description
- Attends all key project design reviews / workshops
- Configures key omnichannel functionalities (availability, allocation, orchestration,…)
- Prepares & executes tests
- Train central & local super users
- Supports solution’s onboarding & go-live
- Collects global functional monitoring (reporting) & system analytics
- Troubleshooting and level 2 support, working with analysts in the regions
- Implements continuous process & system improvement initiatives
- Leads the roll-out projects including other countries
