  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in  business analyst,
  • Having experience in IT project management,
  • Having experience in eCommerce processes,
  • Having  knowledge in Agile mindset
  • Having experience in website design & User experience & implementation & maintenance process is a plus
  • Strong communication skill, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management,
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
  • Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
  • Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

ABOUT THE JOB

As the Specialist - IT Digital Commerce Solution (Business Analyst), you will take a role in developing and analyzing excellent e-commerce processes and help our end customers to increase their satisfaction

 

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Specialist - IT Digital Commerce Solutions (Business Analyst) who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.

• Coordinating with operational teams and business stakeholders requirements,

• Performing and coordinating functional tests to confirm solution design before delivering outputs to business units,

• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies, and methodologies,

• Diagnosing complex cases and finding optimum solution suggestions for both development teams and business teams

• Coordinating operational, maintenance, and development teams at B2C projects to get perfect outputs

• Having perfect operational excellence and continuous improvement perspective,

• Having knowledge about testing concepts, regression before and after go-live,

• Ability of Analysis to diagnose problems at website management process 

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.
