GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications,
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines (Master’s degree will be a plus),
- Min. 5 years of related work experience in business analysis,
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management including internal teams, business units, outsource parties and upper management,
- Experience working with and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence),
- Knowledge of database architectures,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills,
- Teamwork oriented, strong interpersonal skills,
- Talent for driving change and continuous improvement.

- Ensure the continuity of the current Non-ERP and CRM systems,
- Provide a bridge role between IT and the business,
- Research, identify and provide best-fit solutions to meet and exceed expectations of business units,
- Actively involve in the conceptual design process of the IT projects,
- Explore improvement opportunities and take necessary actions to implement,
- Support the production with the best fit technical solutions in all projects throughout the company.
