QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Minimum 5 years SAP development
- Profound deeply understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following and enforcing policies and procedures of the company
- Advanced understanding of SAP ERP system development
- Understanding and deployment of a range of formal models and tools-Technical knowledge of the specified field of expertise
- Has an in depth detailed knowledge of OO Backend and Frontend development, interface/ middleware technologies, SAP mobile app development
- Has excellent communication skills and demonstrates a very high level of integrity. Can prepare and present technical content to all team members who they are working
- Fully understands SAP/Business Consultant’s demands and implement proper solutions.
- Can coordinate complex developments and is actively aiming to achieve best results regardless obstacles, setbacks or uncertainties
- Has to be a great team player who actively supports, plays a key role in development teams by acting as role model
- Create, manage and continuously improve a catalogue of SAP offerings
- Develop road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state
- Responsible to work with improvements, by participation in the development of the architectural principles, processes and standards
- Work with domain and technical architects to develop detailed solution-specific application, data and infrastructure designs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines (Physics, Mathematics, engineer, etc.)
- Fluent (verbally and written) in English (German is a plus)
- Expert knowledge working in international teams
- Analytical thinking, target oriented, high communication skills
- Awareness of the influence new technologies have on existing technical solutions
- Takes responsibility of the tasks and strives for continuous improvement
- Has a profound knowledge of system integration and architecture
- No obstacle for travelling abroad frequently
