QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Graduated from the 4-year quantitative discipline (Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Mathematics Engineering are preferred)
- Min 2+ year of experience working in IT & RPA area
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (.Net, C#, Visual Basic) and Sql
- Ability communicating technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
- Governance and coordination of process for the related RPA Processes (UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Experience with developing an RPA environment from the ground floor is a strong plus,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business process flows, perform complexity and feasibility assessment for RPA implementation,
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups,Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German preferred
Job Description
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and automate those processes using RPA software
- Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in Information Technology projects,
- IT support, analyze, document and process customer enquiries and customer problems on a business and technical level, fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots
- Process analysis, design and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system(s) testing, including, unit testing, UAT and bug fixes
- Working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs to our Mercedes-Benz global network
- Performing functional tests of the developed applications and coordinating user acceptance tests.
- Structure complex problems, analyze relevant data and derive concrete & actionable recommendations
