GENEL NİTELİKLER
In this role, you will oversee Robotics & Discrete Automation projects within the Auto Tier 1 Systems, Robotics & Discrete Automation in Gemlik/Bursa; Turkey, providing clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback Reporting to the Global Solution Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project. You will be the leader of the operation team with an ambitious growth target, and you will have have a leading role in transforming our organization for serving European customers as the first priority.

Your background:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Control and Automation or Industrial Engineering,
- Min 5 years of people management experience, Strong organization and communication skills, and good at change management,
- Cross-country project management experience and PMP certification is highly preferred,
- Preferably experience in robotics and/or automation, and/or automotive industry,
- Agile and proactive profile with strong leadership skills,
- Strong multi-stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- MS Office and Project Office programs.
