•University degree
•Experience in a similar position preferably in automotive sector would be an asset
•Good command of English
•Excellent communication and coordination skills
•High level of empathy and convincing ability
•Self motivator


 

Job Description

•To coordinate and resolve Truck customer complaints both for sales and aftersales at MBT
•Follow-up of the complaints handled at dealerside
•Support Dealer Customer Relationship Responsible(CRR) trainings & orientation
•Support to initiate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities at aftersales
•Managing and planning the Customer Care budget
•Regular reporting of the customer complaints
•Continuous feedback to CRM team about Call Center optimization and 3rd party relations
