QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities
- Fluent in English (Additional knowledge of German is preferred)
- Customer and result oriented, strong communication skills, prone to research and details
- Good command of MS Office applications and presentation techniques
- Automotive and Homologation experience is preferred
Job Description:
- Creation of a standard and optional product portfolio suitable for the Turkish market
- Adapting product technical contents and prices depending on the changing competition conditions
- Determining the appropriate product execution and competitive prices in line with special customer requests
- Establishing general and customer-specific sales arguments by identifying the strengths of the products for the MBT sales organization, dealer network and related bodybuilders
- Providing technical and commercial consultancy services to dealer network, bodybuilders and customers outside the company
- Correctly directing strategic product project investments in line with future market and customer needs
- Preparation of digital and printed marketing content highlighting the technical features and strengths of products
- Monitoring and analysis of changing legal requirements and establishing product adaptations.
