QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • BA or BS degree preferably in Business Administration or related fields (Formal education)
  • Preferably having proven track professional experience in sales and / or marketing in automotive industry
  • Passion for automobiles, having a deep product and market knowledge
  • Broad business acumen
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, business communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English languages
  • Exhibit high level of energy, strong self-discipline and motivation. Maintains a constantly professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to build-up and maintain long-term collaborative business relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner
  • Mental agility, flexibility, adaptability, competence and eager to work in a rapidly challenging business environment and economic circumstances
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage diverse workload of multiple tasks and meet business-critical deadlines while delivering consistently high-quality outputs and results
  • Able to solve problems by using logic, data, reason and sense, present complex issues in a brief and straight forward manner
  • No obstacle for travelling domestic and abroad frequently. Must be an active driver with a valid driver’s license. Proficient in MS Office
  • Military service should be completed. (Only valid for candidates who have military obligation.)

  • Steering and development of used car sales business of MBC retail network in Turkey
  • Design and establishment of used car sales and trade-in programs and promotion campaigns
  • In charge of used car pricing and residual value forecasting
  • Developing and implementing Omni-channel strategy including e-commerce platforms
  • Demand and supply planning based on analytics and projections. Analyse, monitor and report market performance and trends frequently in all levels
  • In order to enhance and track on-site implementation of certified pre-owned sales program and develop overall used car business performance, having frequent field visits to retailers
  • Strong co-operation and close communication with HQ
  • Brand management of "Mercedes-Benz Certified" certified pre-owned re-marketing program
  • Reporting to Used Car Sales Unit Manager
