We are looking for passionate candidates to join our Private Label Department as Senior Brand Manager. This role will manage supplier relationships in various categories and contribute to the strategic growth of this department.

This is a unique opportunity to not only impact Modanisa's growth trajectory but also the E-commerce industry as a whole. The mission of this role is to bring new product and expand our categories with different ideas to drive Modanisa's long term growth. This role will report to our Private Label Director.

What we are looking for:

  • Maintain an awareness of current sales trends and assess the impact on business needs,
  • Create a business plan for the assigned division,
  • Create sales plan, display plans, and ad plans customized for the specific division,
  • Maintain division-specific Enterprise Sales Planning (ESP) tools and procedures,
  • Review sales, profit, and promotional performance by division,
  • Source and select new products,
  • Implement corporate pricing strategy; maintain competitiveness while maximizing sales and profit potential,
  • Manage vendor relationships for the enterprise, including negotiating vendor allowances, payment terms, in-stocks and orders,
  • Develop enterprise-specific selling programs for the specific division,
  • Periodically submit sales and purchasing budgets to senior management in line with strategic decisions,
  • Manage the stocks for the related brand, and report the inventory turnover speed according to the targets,
  • Create campaigns in coordination with relevant chapters for special occasions (Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) depending on the Merchandising calendar,
  • To determine the need for human resources for the team, to be involved in the process of obtaining and to provide competence development.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline,
  • 10+ experience in category management,
  • Ability to manage a team, and advanced negotiation skills,
  • High drive and ambition to perform, independence, flexibility and speed,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Ability to assess risk/reward,
  • Ability to operate and execute independently in an ambiguous environment.
