QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a VAT Refund Specialist.
What we expect from you:
- Reporting the VAT refund process and following up with the consultancy firm,
- Preparation of VAT1 and VAT2 tax returns in accordance with local legal reporting and tax regulations and management of the reconciliation process,
- Managing all types and levels of indirect tax audit processes,
- Auditing existing operations and defining tax risks,
- Following new changes in tax laws, legal reporting regulations and applying them to existing operations in a timely manner,
- Checking the documents to be sent to the tax office regarding taxes,
- Organizing and managing the “risk analysis report sent by the tax office” process,
- Presenting new methods and ideas on streamlining processes.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- Min. 3 years professional experience,
- Knowledge and experience of Ms. Office, especially in excel, word and PowerPoint,
- Detail-oriented, solution-oriented,
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance,
- Excellent in MS Office applications,
- Attentive to detail and ability to analyze a large amount of data,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
- Strong written and oral communication skills,
- Analytical thinker and open to innovation,
- Fluent in English.
