We are looking for a CRM Specialist who has passion for fashion and will help us to constantly examine and monitor the company’s practices with existing customers, helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible. Also, this role will be responsible for analyze data to find ways to attract new customers, as well as assist in the roll-out of such measures. He / She will be reporting to the CRM Team Leader

What we expect from you:

  • Find meaningful patterns in different types of data and be able to use this data effectively in targeting customers,
  • Provide support in shaping the CRM strategy and guidelines with the aim to enhance the customer base value, to identify improvement opportunities and to maximize the effectiveness of CRM initiatives,
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them ,
  • Participate in user testing and upgrade process, and ensure that business objectives are met,
  • Share, create and implement e-com. marketing campaigns,
  • Lead technical design and ensuring hurdles are resolved to gain the best performance, reusability, governance and maintainability of CRM and related applications,
  • Manage the project calendar ensuring the requests for campaign execution are met on time; editorial selection of products to promote based on sell-out results, sales expectations and openings calendar; monitor deliverability to identify critical issues and propose corrective actions.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • 3+ years related experience,
  • Able to be creative and a sharp, detail-oriented, analytical approach to problems,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
  • Self-starter, proactive, problem solving,
  • Strong written and oral communication skills,
  • Planning and organization skills,
  • Researcher, analytical thinking and open to innovation,
  • Turkish and English are must,
  • Experience in segmented campaigns operations & communication (e-mail; SMS; push notifications),
  • Better to have an experience with Salesforce CRM.
