Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (new graduates are also preferable),

JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyzing members based on preferences to define customer segments,
Supporting the plan, implementation and reporting processes of contact plan,
Monitoring and reporting new member recruitment rate, active members ratio, churn members ratio, repeat customers ratio,
Planning experience based actions and campaigns for target audience and segments which is determined by CRM data,
Following up campaigns that CRM team established and taking actions according to the results of these campaigns,
Assisting for campaign KPIs and supporting to take action to improve these KPI’s,
Ensure and control the customer data is accurate and up to date,
Cooperating with 3rd parties in CRM projects,
Supporting the establishment and test of campaigns on CRM Dynamics and embedding these campaigns to the stores,
Following up campaign results, providing ideas to create new campaigns
Playing an active role in segmentation projects and assisting for actions on target audience according to segmentations,
Supporting social media and google campaigns from Mobile Application and CRM perspective
Develop customer experience ideas and suggestions for customer touch points or via mobile application
Create and maintain SMS, email/push notification campaigns and their contents within our email marketing/automation platforms and other integrated software solutions
Support the implementation, tracking and measurement of CRM campaigns
Develop and publish email and push notification campaigns performance reports on weekly/monthly basis
Assisting to analyze customer preferences and campaign performance feedbacks and sharing results with related teams such as; Sales, Category, Marketing, E Commerce, etc.
Assist integration and implementation of the services of consulting firms
