Qualifications

  • University degree; Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science from reputable Universities is preferred,
  • 1-2 years of data analytics or customer insight experience,
  • Experience in analyzing data and building insights & stories from data,
  • Experience on SQL,
  • Knowledge and experience on market or consumer research is a plus,
  • Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions. Excellent written and presentation skills,
  • A self-motivated, flexible, quick learning, high achieving, “can do” mentality; High drive and results oriented spirit,
  • Growth Mindset, Attention to detail, Customer Oriented,

Job Description

  • Analyze big data and generate customer insights to advise solution and presenting this insight back to stakeholders,
  • Make recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer satisfaction,
  • Design and deploy advanced analytics models, create ad-hoc and automated reports,
  • Work closely with internal units to produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions by the help of customer analytics,
  • Understand customer profiles and consumption behaviors to increase customer loyalty,
