Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area (preferably from the departments of Statistics, Computer Engineer, MIS and related departments of universities)
  • Min. 1-3 years experience gained in Data Scientist or an equivalent position
  • Experience with data visualizations using Qliksense or an equivalent tool
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • HR Analytics experience is a plus
  • Ability to work with multiple sources of data
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques
  • Excellent detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem-solving skills
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented

Job Description:

  • Manage and analyze workforce data to generate meaningful business insights
  • Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analysis
  • Manipulate large data sets and use them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions
  • Design, create, and manage an organization’s data architecture
  • Play an important role in analyzing and providing data for strategic workforce planning and talent analytics
  • Clean, aggregate, and organize data from disparate sources and transfer it to data warehouses
  • Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with other HR departments to define critical data requirements, metrics and reporting frequencies needed to enable HR to effectively analyze trends, predict future trends and to use these trends to make decisions and take action in support of Business and HR Strategies
  • Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights; create reports using multiple data sources, dashboards, and creating/tracking effective metrics
  • Analyze competitors practices and make recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
