QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Data Analytics Specialist” who will be a member of our Data Analytics team.
Main Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or other related fields
- Minimum 3-4 years of business intelligence or analytics experience, preferably in finance companies or banking
- Fluency in English is a must
- Having experience of data acquisition, handling and processing
- Having knowledge of data architecture, databases, data modelling and machine learning basics
- Deep knowledge in data transformation and technologies (such as dbt, SQL, Python)
- Hands-on experience in BI tools (such as Qlik, Power BI)
- Ability of using business terminology & data
- No military obligation or postponed for at least two years for male candidates

- What will you be doing?
- Analyze inhouse and outsourced systems to determine the structure, content and quality of the data
- Understand complex operational business data to develop new reports and analytics
- Participate in advanced data analytics project and prototyping sessions as Data Analyst with the business users to define data needs
- Work as Data Engineer on Data Preparation, Data Modeling, Data Integration, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence and Data Quality tasks
Conduct data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights, identify trends, measure performance on company data
Navigate large scale and complex data sources from converting raw data into meaningful and actionable insights to collecting qualitative information from stakeholder
Make decisions with data by using statistical methods such as ML, DL techniques
Detect data anomalies and deliver end-to-end healthy data applications
Research new technologies and developing in specific business cases to support the needs of business units
Develop corporate data management framework
Work closely with business units to produce more efficient systems
Develop models and algorithms that drive productivity, increase growth and/or optimize business processes
