We are currently seeking "Business Analyst" .

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree from Computer Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant degreefrom a reputable university,

• Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience is a plus,
• Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Release Management),
• Knowledge of on databases such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SQL Server,
• Analytical and thorough thinking,
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
• Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
• Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
• Considerable level of time management skill,
• Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
• Willing to learn and develop,
• Advanced level of English (both verbal and written).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
• Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
• Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
