QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

It is a high-end technology firm with reputable technical leaders and expert developers, providing enterprise-level consultancy and turn key projects in the banking, ecommerce and payment systems market.
We are looking for Business Analyst who have the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technologies or related fields,
- Good communication skills to assist both development team and business units,
- Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems,
- Eager to learn new business domains, technologies and methodologies,
- Self-motivation in a team based environment with strong initiative and enthusiasm,
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance Industry is a plus,
- Experienced in SQL,
- Knowledge about software development methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Waterfall is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mainly responsible for delivering process of all IT products and solutions to business units and stakeholders. Within this purpose;
- Analyzing and processing of requirements with business units,
- Creating analysis document to ensure the fullfilment of business and techical needs,
- Communication with development team in order to turn related requirements into a software application,
- Coordinating the communication between development team and business units,
- Organizing and maintaining project plan with business units or project managers etc. according to recent updates.
