Who is Pisano Looking For?
We are looking for a Business Analystwho has experience in working with multiple stakeholders, can analyze the needs, requirements and has experience in prioritizing difficult tasks align with the company’s strategy.
What Does Pisano Expect From You?
We wish our successful Business Analyst to act as thekey interface between theCustomer Teams andthe Engineering team. The successful candidate willgather information,analyze,prioritize, anddocument processes, and confirm the final documents with the stakeholders.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Interact with end-users and fully understand their needs by retrieving feedbacks.
- Have a deep understanding of customer problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Working with cross teams, especially Engineering and Business teams, with the agile (scrum) working methodology, to define, design, and ship new features in coordination with these teams.
- Working with UX/UI team to build products considering user experience, information architecture etc, using design thinking approach.
- Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, working with test engineers to define test cases according to these criteria’s and following all test processes closely to be sure about product quality.
- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new features to maximize product functionality
- Producing documentation and training to support stakeholders
What Qualifications and Skills Do You Need?
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree
- 0-2 years of experience with a similar job description
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglishand Turkish
- Passionate, optimistic, energetic, curious, creative, motivated, eager to learn
