QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, document requirements and suggest initiatives that meet the business requirements and needs.
- Execute well defined, task oriented items to facilitate change or standardization applying change management methodologies.
- Create documentation regarding the business, data, processes or systems.
- Serve as a liaison to business stakeholders and cross functional local, regional or global solution delivery teams for your area of responsibility.
- Support market and competitor landscape analytics to deliver market insights to business stakeholders.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline is preferred.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, business fluency in English.
- 0-2 years work experience in the relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience using database tools is a plus
- Experience with CRM is desirable
- Familiarity with data visualization is a plus
- Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
