QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
-
Manage full project management life cycle of complex / cross-functional initiatives, - Analyze the feasibility of projects, defining functional solutions according to specifications, in order to ensure the provision of appropriate business support,
- Prepare the documentation required to implement a project,
- Creation of a test plan to verify that requirements and specifications are met,
- Participate in the process for estimating and planning a project,
- Liaise with the business units to shape the requirement, channel all their needs to IT department and follow up on implementation,
- Manage expectations of all stakeholders via transparent status reports and other communications,
- A solid understanding of current use of technology in education,
- Innovative mindset and passion for driving adoption of technology in education,
- Knowledge of User Experience Design,
- Identify all impacted stakeholders and enables collaboration between them to understand their needs,
- Documenting the needs and definition of needs with Visio work flow diagrams,
- Translate newly defined business needs or changes into new user stories, scenarios, flows and low-fidelity prototypes,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics,
- Preferably completed the Master's education
- Degree in relevant departments such as science/technical etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and / or business analysis, UX & Usability and E-Commerce,
- Business analyst, certificate in IT processes (IIBA, ITIL, COBIT etc.)
- Knowing the test processes,
- Knowledge of Jira & Transact SQL,
- Advanced command of written and spoken English,
- Analytical thinking, strong problem solving, negotiation and decision-making skills,
- A solid understanding of current use of technology in education,
- Innovative mindset and passion for driving adoption of technology in education,
- Knowledge of User Experience Design,
- Eager to learn, communicate and solve problems,
- Prone to teamwork, proactive and strong business follow ability,
- Define and understand the big picture and requirements for a business,
- Experience in a true Agile/ Scrum environment,
- Define and maintain the requirements backlog for the product,
- Take part in leading project teams in problem solving, scoping, planning and managing the execution of client deliverables.
- Some IT background would be a plus.
