QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Business Analysis and Test Specialist who will work with IT project teams and business clients to ensure implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective way, will collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation.
As a member of our team, you will fullfilling the needs assessment, analysis, verification, testing tasks in software development, supporting the project management process.
Key Qualifications:
- Graduated from the 4-year quantitative discipline (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical - Electronic Engineering, Mathematics Engineering are preferred),
- Minimum 1 year of experience in working as IT Business Analysis and Test Specialist,
- Experience at least one of database systems such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra/Mongo,
- Experience with tools : SOAPUI, Postman, TOAD, Oracle SQL Developer, DataGrip, Jira, Confluence, Trello etc.
- Detail oriented, well organized work skills,
- Team-worker, strong ability to identify, prioritize and solve system related problems,
- Multitasking, time and stress management,
- Having good communication, good documentation and presentation skills,
- Having good command of English,
- Military service should be completed or postponed for minimum 2 years for male candidates.
The following competencies would be a great advantage:
- Experience in an enterprise project is a big plus,
- Mastering SDLC processes is a big plus,
- Having experience with Agile Methodologies is a plus.,
