QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Türk Telekom International (TTI) is a leading telecommunication operator in the CEE region, Turkey, Caucasus, Middle-East and beyond. It provides a full range of Internet/data services, infrastructure and wholesale voice services to incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers.
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role “Senior IT Business Analyst”.
Purpose of the job:
- Being IT owner of TTI’s solutions
- Business process re-engineering and development
- Set IT Specifications for business request
- Following/management IT developments and projects
- Management of vendors
Responsibilities:
- Survey and analysis of business processes and requirements
- Development of new processes or enhancement of existing ones
- Planning development/modification of IT business applications in line with business requirements
- Planning/modifying processes, application’s functionality and support of the operation
- Managing of implementation and launch of planned process and application changes
- Harmonization of business requests between relevant business units
- Documentation (surveys analysis, functional specification, project, test)
- Professional communication with colleagues group wide in TTI group and with partners
- Managing unexpected daily problems of processes and applications
- Project management (planning, management, reporting, vendor management, presentation)
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree from IT specific profession
- 3+ years experiences on business analyst area
- Experience in SAP ERP (MM, FI, HR)
- 1+ year experience on project management
- Formal business language is English
- Ability of parallel projects management
- Has high level of communication skills
- Great problem-solving ability
- Real team player
- Ability to work in an international environment, willing to travel abroad
Advantage:

- ITIL, ETOM experience
