QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Computer Engineering, Business Administration or equivalents,
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in projects belonging to different sectors,
- Ability to communicate efficiently among all the stakeholders
- Knowledge of general project management standards and methods.
- Excellent command in English
- Multitasking and openness for working with multiple projects and demands simultaneously
- Experience in custom/tailor made software solution projects is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gathering, identifying, negotiating, documenting the detailed business requirements and design of the solution,
- Determining and documenting the analysis and test cases for the project,
- Document the requirements with use cases, prepare mock-up and flow diagrams,
- Organize requirement meetings with business and technical teams to agree on the most optimal solution and details,
- Working with all the related internal teams and the client to define the right technical solution that covers the requirements delivered by the client
- Create the analysis documentation as a reference to implement the projects,
- Creation of a test plan to verify that requirements and specifications are met,
· Ensure that the analysis document is covering all the requirements that is agreed as the project team,
