QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
·Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, MIS or other related fields
·Min.2 years of experience as a business analyst or functional software consultant
·Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is preferred
·MS SQL, web applications and application integration knowledge is desired
·Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 products is an asset
·Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and testing
JOB DESCRIPTION
·Act as first-level support for business applications
·Participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
·Conduct interviews to gather user requirements
·Document scope and parameters of requirements analysis
·Create technical specifications documents
·Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
·Deliver training to end users for modified and new systems
·Provide post-implementation support
·Track the status of requirements and communicate with internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
·Ensure compatibility and interoperability of cross platform systems
·Internal/External stakeholder support to provide detailed business rule knowledge of deployed solution
·Provide ongoing application and integration support aspects of deployed toolset
