An undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering or similar disciplines (MBA and/or MSc degrees would be an asset)
Analytical thinking & advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint and Access) knowledge
Interested in digital world, artificial intelligence, machine learning
Experience with programming languages such as Phyton, R and SQL knowledge would be an asset
Experience in Agile Project Management, Design Thinking, JIRA, Scrum Methodology, Product Ownership, Advanced Data Analytics and CRM would be an asset
Experience in Salesforce SC and MC would be an asset
Excellent command of English (German would be an asset)
Main contact person for customer data related topics including legal, technical, and/or procedural aspects
System (dashboard) ownership, KPI follow-up, maintenance, enhancements, and trainings
Business Information Security Officer (BISO) responsibilities such as securing information security actions throughout business unit, collaborating with legal and IT contacts, performing global projects necessities
Contribute the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer faced & back-end projects which have customer data relevancy (local or global projects)
