QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- An undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering or similar disciplines (MBA and/or MSc degrees would be an asset)
- Analytical thinking & advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint and Access) knowledge
- Interested in digital world, artificial intelligence, machine learning
- Experience with programming languages such as Phyton, R and SQL knowledge would be an asset
- Experience in Agile Project Management, Design Thinking, JIRA, Scrum Methodology, Product Ownership, Advanced Data Analytics and CRM would be an asset
- Experience in Salesforce SC and MC would be an asset
- Excellent command of English (German would be an asset)
- Main contact person for customer data related topics including legal, technical, and/or procedural aspects
- System (dashboard) ownership, KPI follow-up, maintenance, enhancements, and trainings
- Business Information Security Officer (BISO) responsibilities such as securing information security actions throughout business unit, collaborating with legal and IT contacts, performing global projects necessities
- Contribute the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer faced & back-end projects which have customer data relevancy (local or global projects)
- Perform as Swarm Coordinator when needed
- Deliver and implement assigned projects
- Assess and track current business models effectiveness
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and always-on reportings regarding customer database and relavant systems
- Dialog with dealers/customers/business units to understand MBO's, customers and dealers' needs and expectations. In order to create/design new processes and in order to develop current ones, consider dealers' current processes and needs
- Maintain continuous checks and improvement regarding processes
- Control and report Dealer Bonus Program-CRM topics (evaluation & following-up of dealer bonus criteria)
