Job Description

The objective of this role is to build and execute best-in-class CRM processes in data-driven multi-channel campaign development.

The ideal candidate keeps understanding of data analytical and experimental techniques, and how to convert data and technology into insights and actions. This role analyses data to make the best decisions on the competitive marketplace through right strategc and tactical insights.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Online + Offline Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to E-commerce, Digital, Marketing, Sales and Business Teams.
  • Support business units about data, modeling & interpreting.
  • Work together with E-commerce teams on traffic, user, sales & CR data, to draw insights & improve business results.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to track and optimize marketing strategies
  • Work together with brand departments on optimising sales data.
  • Planning experience based actions and campaigns for target audience and segments which is determined by CRM data.
  • Following up campaigns that CRM team established and taking actions according to the results of these campaigns.
  • Responsible for campaign KPIs and taking actions to improve these KPIs,
  • Set a recruitment strategy of data from different sources that will enrich CRM to guarantee the best interactions
  • Create analytical models including Segmentation, Churn, Next Best Offer etc and design action plans
  • Being responsible for local/global tools on data/CRM

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in engineering, MIS/computer science, statistics, business administration, mathematics, marketing or related quantitative majors, MBA is a plus
  • At least 4+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Analytics, Strategy
  • Proficiency with analytical data analysis using advanced statistical tools such as SQL,
  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, propensity, and other analytics initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver insightful ideas and draw findings from figures
  • Strong communication skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues
  • Result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with drawing valid conclusions from findings using available data
  • Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies
