Responsibilities
For the Sales Department;
Employee will be responsible for building customer journey from beginning to end for a growing group of countries,
Defining client conversion, retention and reactivation strategy in order to drive client engagement that increases the lifetime value of our customers,
Creating hands on promotions on events that you think are interesting for our customers,
Establishing a comprehensive CRM plan that strives towards delivering excellent results,
Developing and implementing client communications and promotions that increase our engagement with the customers across all communication channels such us email,
Push notification, SMS etc, optimising the efficiency and quality of campaigns, including performance analysis,
Effective segmentation for targeted marketing activities,
Knowledge of data analysis tools
Understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning Algorithms.
Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools.
Experience working in a fast based, high volume environment
Ensuring the planning and performance of all aspects of customer on-boarding,
Retention CRM to drive customer actives and engagement,
Development of a retention and yield driving comms and incentive strategy to the relevant customer groups,
Ensuring that all CRM copy and creative executions are tonally and visually aligned,
Delivering the day to day planning and reporting of CRM ensuring it meets the business performance by leading weekly/monthly reporting on CRM performance to key stakeholders across the business
Excel and SQL knowledge must be excellent
English knowledge must be excellent
The candidate must know that working hours for this position is 10:00 / 19:00
