Currently, we are looking for a CRM Supervisor to join our team in Istanbul.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of CRM experience preferably in Glassware, Kitchenware, FMCG, Cosmetics and similar sectors.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM Software is a must,
  • Experience in global brands and organizations,
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics and other related fields,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving ability,
  • Proactive, team player.

Job Description


The CRM Supervisor will be the key user of Salesforce and play a valuable role in supporting marketing team related data insights to develop & execute strategic roadmaps for a long-term engagement with customers across relevant communication tools, optimizing customer experience, and measuring campaign success.


  • Provide support in shaping the CRM strategy and guidelines with the aim to enhance the customer base value, to identify improvement opportunities and to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce,
  • Preparing the customer map by analyzing the customer potential,
  • Preparation of strategic plans in line with customer insight,
  • Creation, implementation, and follow-up of CRM actions for new customer acquisition
  • Customers' product preference trends, churn probability, etc. making analyses by using Salesforce.
  • Establishing, implementing, and following the results of the necessary CRM actions according to the analyses made.
  • Developing training for users and delivering Salesforce training to new staff members.
