QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields
· Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export operations and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Second language is an asset,
· Proficiency in MS Office applications,
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities ;be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
· Well organized and good at time management skills ;systematic;reliable and team worker,
· Excellent coordination skills with clients
· No military obligation for male candidates
· No restrictions for travelling abroad

İŞ TANIMI

Proceeding customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time,
Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments,
Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast,
Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
Following customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
Weekly and monthly reporting,
