QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Function

Customer Services Representative will ensure coordination and follow-up

of all aspects related to the complete handling of orders placed by customers.


He/ she will also perform relied tasks and actions in accordance with

internal and external regulations such as ISO, CE, etc. This is a professional

support function, with focus on coordination and administration of the

order process and this according to processes & procedures.


Key responsibilities


  • Responsible for the coordination and follow-up until completion orders

across all customer orders; this includes but is not limited to product

sample enquiries, issuing proforma, preparing orders to submit planning,

delivery organization, invoicing and payment.


  • Responsible for handling documents (packing list, invoices,

certificates,…)

  • Responsible for maintaining contact with Customers, Sales Manager,

Planing, Logistics Coordinators, Shippers, Finance Department.

  • Building up good relationships with the customers in his/her portfolio

to maintain the desired customer service quality and to be able to

reply any questions from our customers in a professional way.

  • Any additional tasks and projects that Sales Manager will appoint.
  • Reporting to Sales Manager.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in an international

environment Good language skills:Turkish and English,

advanced level both in speaking and writing, any additional

language is a plus. ( additonally French or German as a second language)

  • Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

successfully.

  • Pro-active thinker, independent worker, problem solver, hands-on

mentality.

  • Relationship builder with internal & external parties.
  • Good planning & organization skills.
  • Computer literate: MS Office.
